About Seascape Pools

Seascape Pools is a unique San Diego-based swimming pool company founded in July, 1974 by Bernie Lewis. Based on his previous experience as general manager of a major pool construction company, Bernie felt he had a better way to provide top-quality construction and superior service to his clients. With those attributes in mind, Seascape Pools was launched.

The business took off immediately for a number of good reasons. Customers were looking for

Today Seascape Pools is still being run as a family-owned-and-operated company. John and Andrea Chatfield, founder Bernie's son-in-law and daughter, were named President and Vice-President in September, 1996. And, as always, 95% of our business comes from the referrals of satisfied customers.
